EVENTS

After we had been open a short time, we realized we wanted to exhibit some of our brewers in a more focused way. Thus were the Blind Tiger’s weekly events born, for which we have become well known in the beer world. Throughout the year, our favorite breweries get a Wednesday night to show off their entire body of work, using as many draught lines as they need. In the past, we have had brewers bring as many as 31 kegs, including twenty-eight draughts, two hand-pumped beers, and a gravity cask. We also do six of our own festivals, pairing the beer and food of a particular region.

Wed. Feb. 24th @ 4PM - Goose Island Takes Over the Tiger!  Brewmaster Greg Hall is going to bring enough special brews to fill every line at the Tiger!  Basically, that means there will be 31 Goose Island beers on hand.  Now that is an event!

Wed. March 3rd @4PM  - The Defiant Event.  Join us as we celebrate Pearl River's very own...  The gang from Defiant will be at hand, as we bust open a large selection of draught and casks from Defiant Brewing Company.  

Wed. March 10th @ 4PM - An Evening with Carol Stouts!  Join us as we party down with one of the founding "mother's" of the craft brewing community...Carol Stout.  There will be 21 amazing beers from Stoudt's Brewing Company - the classics, the big dogs, and the rare treats!  And for those of you that know her, you know that it isn't a party unless you got Carol Stoudt's at your bar...so get ready to boogie.
